Your itemized cost estimate includes options for Labor, Materials, Flat Fees, and Selections. Additionally, you can set markups and taxes on any individual line item. Finally, BuildBook provides the option to specify and include a management fee on any estimate.
Yes! BuildBook provides you with three types of management fees you can add to your estimates. 1. Management Fee. 2. Cost Plus Percentage (structured to pay actual costs incurred on the contract plus a fixed percent management fee.). 3. Fixed Fee (fixed dollar amount.).
